Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for a refund.

Exchanges for Sizing Errors

We allow exchanges only for incorrect sizing.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Exchange availability depends on the stock of the requested size.

Shipping for Exchanges

Tenth Floor is not responsible for any lost,unclaimed or damaged packages and recommend contacting the mail carrier shipping your package for more information. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost to send the exchanged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
