Thank you for shopping with Tenth Floor! We take great care in processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand the process.

Premade / Ready-to-Shop Items

Items that are in stock and ready to ship will typically arrive at your doorstep within 3-7 days.

If you place an order before 1 PM EST, your item will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are custom-made and typically take 3-4 weeks to process and ship. This timeline may vary depending on production schedules, but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated along the way.

For updates on your preorder, we highly recommend following our Instagram for real-time production updates and other important information regarding Tenth Floor. You will receive an email once your preorder item has shipped!

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the US.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other carriers depending on the size and weight of the package. Delivery times will vary, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days from the time of shipment. 

For those ordering in the New Brunswick Area ONLY, there is a shipping option to pickup your order if desired, for more information contact us at info@tenthfloor.us

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times will vary by location. International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
